*Job Description:*
The Bridal Stylist/Marketing Director will support the Owner and team in all operations on the showroom floor, achieving store sales goals, & promoting the business through marketing and industry social media and events.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
· Assist brides, moms and grooms with choosing their wedding attire
· Deliver above and beyond customer service
· Participate in store promotions and marketing efforts including monthly specials, networking events, and other efforts as assigned
· Collaborate with store ownership & team for new stock orders and dress line selection
· Maintain a visually enticing store that is neat, clean and organized
· Ordering, receiving, phone calls, scheduling appointments and maintain Google Calendar
· Become knowledgeable of QuickBooks (Client input, invoicing, receive payments)
· Support team with finding solutions of customer concerns as needed
· Provide details to help maintain inventory and monthly analysis
· Maintain social media accounts: Instagram, Facebook and Website
· Design marketing materials for print and online needs (Canva is our friend!)
*Highlights:*
· This is a full time position (Tuesday – Saturday, 9-5pm).
We require the candidate to work at least 3 Saturdays a month.
· Hourly pay + commission on store sales + uncapped tips ($45,000-$60,000/year)
· Monthly goals rewarded with team outings, dinners and activities (Pedicure, anyone?)
