As the Senior Program Manager, Learning and Sales Enablement, you will lead change efforts and provide resources and strategic consulting to support sales initiatives.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with business channels.
Facilitate the ongoing implementation of XPO’s sales enablement and performance management products and services.
Create relevant and consumable resources to meet corporate objectives in an ever-changing sales environment
Work with all departments within the organization to create relevant sales content and resources to equip the salesforce with tools to be productive and informed sellers.
Strategically align technology for sales success
Streamline sales cycles and repeatable methodologies.
Continuous improvement of sales communication, sales readiness, and collaboration
Assist with development of standard operating procedures for sales and sales operations.
Work with channel analysts to determine training gaps by utilizing key performance indicators, reports and quarterly updates.
Leverage the latest learning technology that aligns to the performance and learning objectives of the course, while also considering environmental context and employee capabilities to use technologies.
Partner with HR and Learning and Talent Development resources to help establish, formulate and enforce policies and administrative support of the business.
Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams for both internal and external messaging.
Oversee various team projects, in many cases acting as the lead; prioritize workload based on relevance to global strategy, visibility and organizational needs.
Ensure the best possible allocation of resources against the highest priority initiatives, while also engaging and leading vendors, contract workers and offshore teammates to complete deliverables
What you need to succeed at XPO:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
3 years of experience demonstrating creativity and technical ability as a practitioner
Solid experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; proven ability to multitask.
Outstanding business and sales acumen
It’d be great if you also have:
Project management experience
Experience in the transportation/freight operations or logistics industry
Sales experience
Practical approach to articulating the future direction and objectives of the organization, and developing comprehensive implementation plans.
Demonstrated track record of introducing and driving programs leading to tangible and measurable results.
