*This candidate hired for this role will be the right-hand support to the publisher and executive team, managing all aspects of marketing and operations related to the production of the print magazine, digital marketing, marketing assets, sales support, client care, database management, reporting, training, corporate administrative functions, and events coordination.
* Example of job responsibilities + functions: * *Right Hand Point of Contact to Publisher and Executive Team: *Assists the publisher and executive team as the right-hand point of contact on all activities related to the business.
This person will be looked to as a marketing and operations subject matter expert across the organization and will be expected to learn all aspects of running the business with significant growth opportunities over time.
* *Editorial Assistant: *Manages editorial calendar development and implementation * *Production Coordinator: *Manages production coordination to produce the print publication: Manages production processes and engages internal teams and external clients to meet all deadlines and deliverables.
* *Sales / Data Support Specialist: *Assists publisher and sales team as needed with emails, inbound / outbound lead management, reports, and analysis.
Candidate will have advanced Excel skills including expertise with pivot tables and v-lookups to analyze data for meaningful reporting that can be used across sales / educational functions.
* *Distribution Support: *Assists publisher and sales teams as needed * *CRM Management and Oversight:* Assists with updating records, running reports, and helping to maintain an accurate database of clients and prospects.
* *Social Strategy + Execution: *Managing the social media strategy, coordination and the social media team - staying up-to-date with best practices, industry trends, algorithm changes and impacts, and being able to pivot strategy in light of industry changes.
* *Email Strategy + Execution: *Managing the email marketing strategy, coordination and implementation team.
* *Leadership Mindset: *Fosters a culture of leadership, growth and development.

* *Meeting Preparation + Agenda Setting:* Coordinates internal / external meetings, prepares agendas, takes minutes, and provides timely and salient reporting to executive team as needed.

- Knowledgable with AI and invests in learning new, emerging technologies.
- Experience with graphic design and a strong, visual aesthetic highly preferred.
- Experience with event planning highly preferred.
- Experience with training and development highlly preferred.
