We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing/Chiropractic Assistant with a background in sales and marketing to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our regenerative and chiropractic services, expanding our patient base, and contributing to the overall success of our clinic.
Must be able to lead, multi-task and provide excellent patient service.
In addition to marketing, candidate will assist in front office responsibilities taking calls, scheduling, checking insurance benefits, file/post insurance payments, patient interaction/assist with treatment, as well as all other clerical duties.
This is a full-time career opportunity with unlimited bonus and incentive potential.
Hours are: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:30am-12:30pm, 2pm-6:15pm & Wednesdays 7:30am-12:30pm.
Microsoft Office, insurance billing experience, and/or x-ray certification a plus.

*Responsibilities:*
- Provide upbeat, positive customer service interactions and communication within the clinic to build relationships with clinic patients.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase clinic awareness and attract new patients.
- Build and maintain relationships with local community to promote our regenerative medicine/chiropractic services.
- Create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, including social media management and online advertising.
- Coordinate and participate in promotional events, health workshops, and other community outreach activities.
- Conduct outreach to potential patients through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Assist in managing patient inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Collaborate with the chiropractic team to understand and communicate the benefits of chiropractic care.
- Track & analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns & initiatives.
- Assist chiropractor with patient care and treatment.
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure they are clean and organized.
- Greet and check-in patients, collect necessary paperwork.
- Perform patient assessments, including taking vital signs and recording medical history.
- Assist with patient positioning and provide support during treatments.
- Educate patients on exercises and home care instructions.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order as needed.
*Qualifications:*
- Previous experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms, CRM technology, social media trends, and online advertising.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude with a passion for promoting health and wellness.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient service.
- Ability to assess patient needs and provide appropriate care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with chiropractic care and holistic health practices is a plus.
