The Sales Support Administrator/Entry Level Account Manager will primarily be responsible for supporting and working with an established sales team to help drive revenue.
Once hired, you will start this position by learning the ropes as a Sales Administrator.
As you grow, you will manage and support existing sales accounts within your assigned territory.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the sales team (quotes, pricing, entering orders, etc.
)
Communicate with clients to understand their needs, explain product value, and maintain existing customer relationships
Creates and enters orders, runs reports, and maintains contact with vendors to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Regularly interacts with various departments (Dispatch, Service, Credit, Billing, etc.
)
Updates CRM software with accurate, timely information
This position is primarily in the office to start, but your opportunity to travel to customer sites will grow with the position
