Duties: • Collaborate with the underwriting and management team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate leads • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling progress towards monthly goals and CRM maintenance • Manage accounts to maintain current client base and generate new accounts from the sale of our products and services • Exercise responsibility for all aspects of client relationships and sales to new and existing clients, pipeline management, and marketing support • Participate in real estate and community networking groups by attending real estate industry functions • Communicate proactively with and respond in a timely manner to clients • Assess individual client needs and develop, present and implement a plan to meet those needs • Plan and execute marketing functions for customers and prospects Education: • High School Diploma • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience: • Minimum of 2 years of sales/marketing experience with a proven track record of success • Previous experience working within an organization related to real estate preferred but not required Additional Information: REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to listen to customers and understand their needs and objectives to provide strong and effective client support and solutions • Strong interpersonal communication, negotiation and presentation skills • Flexible with the ability to adapt strategy to changing conditions • Ability to travel by car on a daily basis • Ability to provide strong and effective client support • Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public is necessary at all times.
• Ability to articulate challenges and to anticipate and solve problems • Work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize, organize, and execute incoming tasks/requests with consistent follow-through • Enjoy working in partnership or on a team • Display creativity consistent with developing monthly marketing plans, particularly surrounding holidays • Confidence, consistent with interacting with customers and prospects you are unfamiliar with • Discipline to develop and execute a schedule and stay up-to-date with any admin requirements • A great attitude and entrepreneurial spirit
