Duties:
• Collaborate with the underwriting and management team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate leads
• Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling progress towards monthly goals and CRM maintenance
• Manage accounts to maintain current client base and generate new accounts from the sale of our products and services
• Exercise responsibility for all aspects of client relationships and sales to new and existing clients, pipeline management, and marketing support
• Participate in real estate and community networking groups by attending real estate industry functions
• Communicate proactively with and respond in a timely manner to clients
• Assess individual client needs and develop, present and implement a plan to meet those needs
• Plan and execute marketing functions for customers and prospects
Education:
• High School Diploma
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of sales/marketing experience with a proven track record of success
• Previous experience working within an organization related to real estate preferred but not required
