Are you looking for a sales position that you can make a difference within the Senior Healthcare industry with a leading HomeCare Agency in the greater Charlotte area? The *Business Development Specialist (BDS) *is primarily responsible for increasing agency homecare hours by promoting Right at Home services and creating a positive identity for the company through promotional material and personal visits.
This position is accountable for increasing billable care hours, developing a profitable referral source pipeline, and gaining market share.
The BDS will make in-person sales calls on Hospitals, Home Health agencies, Hospice Agencies, Assisted Living communities, Independent Living communities, Geriatric Care Managers, Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC) and all other referral sources within the designated territory.
Right at Home has a robust CRM tool where the BDS will document marketing activities to track/report all key sales performance metrics.
In addition, the BDS will serve as a back-up for all new client service inquiries and assist to close new families to an in-home consultation or starting new service right away.

Pay: $45,000.
