Its a 2500+ sq ft 3 bedroom 3 bath home, so the entire upstairs has literally been uninhabited since I moved in.
As much as I love living alone, I could use some additional rental income in the current economy so I have decided to begin searching for solid roommate candidates to put the upstairs of home to use.
At $500 a month this is a very solid bargain for the right person.
This bedroom rent has been reduced for the summer term from 900 to 875 plus utilities and
a fee for common areas supplies .
Common areas and bedroom are completely furnished, just bring your laptop and clothes (No furniture please).
Caretaker in the house and everyone do their share of chores in the house to keep everything clean.
We have bike storage with lock and a shared key provided.
Internet is by WIFI included in the rent already, you will have everything you need to study (See pictures please) What you see in the pictures come with the bedroom.
Terms: Month-to-Month Rental(no long term contract), $500 rent due up front on 1st day of each month, and I offer full flexibility in terms of move out date(if you plan to move out on the 16th or something I will prorate the monthly rent accordingly etc.
