$700 / 3br - 900ft2 - Looking for a roommate (CHARLOTTE)

I have a small 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house with a large fenced yard.
Looking to rent out the middle sized room for $700 or the master bedroom for $800.
This includes all utilities plus fiber internet and Netflix.
I have 1 small dog and may be open to you having 1 pet with a deposit.
Will be expected to keep communal spaces clean and mow the lawn once a month, as I will do the same.
I'm a 37 year old female and would prefer someone with life experience, so 25+ is preferred.
I'm atheist and on the spectrum for both autism and ADHD, with OCD tendencies.
I'm a gamer and like nerd things - I am open to beginning a friendship or doing our own thing, whatever's clever.
I'm just broke and need help, hoping to find someone in the same position for mutual benefit.
