It’s a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom unit TEXT:::: show contact info with a gas stove, a bright living room and a backyard which is shared with the upstairs unit.
The backyard has a fire coffee place and outdoor seating, some fruit trees and convenient and secure bike storage.
My mum and I co-own the duplex and she lives upstairs.

Three roommates live here total.
Everyone has their own bathroom and there is a half bathroom for guests on the main floor.
Lots of natural lighting facing the street on the first floor! There are two living rooms, one on the first floor and one on the second.
Roommates are welcome
to hang in either.
There is a rooftop with outdoor furniture, including a hammock.
There are 360 views in which you can see the Capitol, the Washington monument, the Basilica, and more.

Community is important to me and I host a writing group most Tuesdays as well as Shabbat and other Jewish holidays from time to time.
I’m also polyamorous, though I try not to have SOs over more than 2 nights a week.
Among roommates I like for us all to make decisions about the day to day running of the house together.
I’m perhaps on the messier side, but I’ve adjusted to roomies who prefer things neater.

5'x12' room for $400, an 11.
5'x13' room for $420and a 17'x13' room for $450.
All utilities, as well as WiFi and once a month cleaning, are included in the rent.
Cats and friendly dogs are ok.
Transportation: It is right near Telegraph Ave for catching buses and a ten minute walk to Rockridge BART station.
For getting to SF even faster, MacArthur BART station is less than ten minutes by bike and has plenty of bike locker spaces.
For cars Highway 24 is just a few blocks away.
Trader Joe’s and a whole bunch of restaurants on College Ave are just over half a mile away.
