I am renting out one private bedroom in my beautiful home.
It’s a three level single house in a safe high end neighborhood.
The bedroom is at the 2nd floor with a private bathroom directly connected.
Kitchen and living area is shared.
Rent includes all utilities and WIFI.
The bedroom is fully furnished.
I can remove my furnitures if you prefer to bring in yours.
The community has a swimming pool.
5 mins drive to shopping center with Harris Teeter, Walgreens, Walmart, Firestone, Barns and Noble, other shops and restaurants.
A little bit about myself.
I am a single mom with two children (11 and 13 years old) who live with me for half of the week.
They stay with their dad for the rest of the week.
I full time work in a financial company.
I am looking for ONE female housemate who is quiet and clean, no drama.
No drugs or smoking! No pets.
Background check will be done and income will be verified.
6 months lease at least.
If you travel for work and are only here for a few days a week, I am willing to lower the rent.
