Large Bedroom with Private Bath Available (Asheville)

I'm looking for someone compatible to share my house in N Asheville.
No pets and no cigarettes please.
You must be at least clean, quiet, peaceful and considerate.
I would be most compatible with someone who has a mindfulness practice, does yoga, has a healthy lifestyle and positive attitude.
The house is a decent rental in a great, convenient location.
It's set back from the road in the trees, so semi-private with lots of birds and other wildlife in the yard.
The neighborhood is safe and friendly with easy access to I26 and the N Merrimon area.
The bedroom is unfurnished and available December 15th.
It's 12'x18' plus a full tiled bath and large walkin closet with built in drawers and shelving.
It was recently painted and will be professionally cleaned and disinfected including the carpet.
Unfortunately I need to ask for 1st and last month's rent and a security deposit.
Half the rent is currently $750 and the deposit is $500, so $2000 to move in.
The move in costs could be spread over the first couple of months if necessary.
