About You: I'm looking for someone who is clean, friendly, and responsible.
Someone that knows how to live with other people and communicate.
I prefer a nonsmoker, however outside smoking or vaping is allowed.
Visitors or overnight guests are allowed; however, it is within reason.
This is ideal for someone who is a recent transplant to Charlotte or someone that will be in Charlotte for a limited time period.
Also, this is a good location for people who work at the airport or at the Amazon facility.
PROCEDURE: If you are interested, please reply to this post with a brief introduction (This room is available as long as the post is up, so mere "Is this room available?" will not get a response).
I will then schedule either a Zoom meeting or Face Time call, or some form of video call to alleviate your concerns about this being a scam (I can also provide several other social medias for you to look to ensure that I'm not a scam).
With this meeting, we will discuss the room availability, the occupants, etc, and to see whether it will be a possible fit.
Afterwards, we can schedule an in-person visit.
** I am the homeowner of the property, but I do not live there currently.
Therefore, I first do a video call to minimize the disruption for the current occupant(s) as I would have to coordinate with them for the in-person viewing.
