$670 / 2br - New roomate wanted (Charlotte)

Lookimg for a nice Roomate !! I have a two bedroom apartment and can offer my back "furnished" bedroom for lower than most these days.
Just need help with the rent! Near restaurants has pool gym.
Rent would include wifi @ cable.
Would like $700 a month to help pay May do 670 with 200 deposit.
Must have steady income.
I am a 53 year old male.
I am in a wheelchair but do my own thing.
