Job Summary
The Junior Analyst will play a key role in supporting our investment and asset management teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial statements, conducting market research, preparing investment memoranda, and aiding in the due diligence process.

Key Responsibilities
1.
**Financial Analysis and Modeling:**
- Develop and update complex financial models for property valuations, acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing scenarios.

**Market Research:**
- Collect and analyze data on market conditions, trends, and comparable transactions.
3.
**Due Diligence and Risk Assessment:**
- Participate actively in the due diligence process for potential property acquisitions and dispositions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to, thorough review and analysis of property documents, legal contracts, land use codes, and environmental reports.
Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to identify potential risks and opportunities in order to inform investment decisions.
Generate detailed due diligence reports summarizing findings and implications, thereby facilitating informed decision-making by senior management.

**Reporting:**
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders.
5.
**Client and Stakeholder Communication:**
- Maintain and manage relationships with brokers, lenders, and investors through effective communication and timely delivery of requested information.
6.
**Ad-Hoc Projects:**
- Assist in various ad-hoc analyses and presentations as needed by the senior management team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
