About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Manager within the Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) division.
The Senior Lead Portfolio Manager will be responsible for the overall asset management of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans/investments, including complex and/or high touch loans/investments, with a deep understanding of CRE servicing and underwriting.

In this role, you will: Act as an advisor to more experienced leadership to develop or influence objectives, plans, specifications, resources, and long term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across groups and functions Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas Deliver solutions that are long term, large scale, and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking, and coordination of highly complex activities and guidance to others Provide vision, direction, and expertise to experienced leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large scale cross functional or companywide strategies Engage with all levels of professionals and managers and serve as an expert advisor to leadership Required Qualifications: 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Portfolio Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 7+ years of managing a Commercial Real Estate (CRE) book of business Demonstrate a high-level skill set that encompasses financial analysis, real estate and property management operations, market knowledge, knowledge of mortgage and legal documents, and credit risk analysis Familiarity with highly structured loan transactions Extensive knowledge and understanding of credit and income producing real estate Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to read and understand complex commercial real estate loan documentation and securitization documents, including pooling and servicing agreements and related documentation Ability to multi-task, achieve tight timeframes, problem-solve, and stay organized Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel BS/BA Degree or higher Job Expectations: Ability to work in excess of the standard 40 hour work week Job Salary Range: $144,400.
