Position Summary:
Perform the most complex commercial or residential appraisals.
This senior level position, under minimal supervision, is responsible for measuring and listing large commercial, multi-family and complex residential properties; defending ad valorem values before the Board and some cases to the NC Property Tax Commission.
Establishing property grades and characteristics for revaluation.
Assisting with cost, market and income studies for revaluation; and assisting in training and providing guidance to staff.
