Duties: - Originate mortgage loans by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients - Gather necessary financial information and documentation from clients to complete loan applications - Analyze applicant's financial status, credit history, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans - Ensure all loan applications and supporting documents are complete and accurate - Collaborate with team to facilitate the loan approval process - Stay up-to-date on industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan origination process Requirements: - Previous experience in mortgage origination or related field preferred - - Strong knowledge of procedures and mortgage lending practices - Proficiency in math calculations -An existing (or growing) network of potential borrowers.
