Main Responsibilities and Duties: * Assist the property manager and assistant as required * Abide by all policies and procedures * Assist in the operation of the leasing office * Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goals * Organize community social activities * Collect rents * Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction * Marketing and leasing * Touring property to prospects and closing leasing * Perform other duties as assigned Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
