Objective:
The leasing consultant is responsible for leasing units to qualified prospects in order to achieve maximum occupancy for the property, while assuring proper placement of residents within the community.
Main Responsibilities and Duties:
* Assist the property manager and assistant as required
* Abide by all policies and procedures
* Assist in the operation of the leasing office
* Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve property and company goals
* Organize community social activities
* Collect rents
* Maintain high levels of resident satisfaction
* Marketing and leasing
* Touring property to prospects and closing leasing
* Perform other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.
00 - $20.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
