Property Manager(HOAs)/Project Manager/Leadership Team

Greenway Realty Management, an Association Management company is looking to add a member to our team.
We currently serve HOAs throughout the greater Charlotte area with our HOA/COA management services.
We are looking to add a Team Leader and Association Manager to our team.
Individual must be a motivated, organized problem solver capable of building relationships.
This position will serve on our leadership team.
The chosen applicant should be able to operate independently with minimal supervision and be capable of building relationships and solving problems with team members, vendors and clients.
A background in managing repair and capital improvement projects for multi-family properties is a plus.
Must have CAI Professional Certification or obtain them upon hire.
