Property Manager

We are looking for a Property Manager who has a proven track record of success dealing with multiple commercial properties.
Our office is responsible for over 36 different shopping centers and we need someone who can work in a fast pace environment as a team player.
Most of the duties consist of: * Bill all anchors and jr.
anchors for property taxes throughout the year – especially 3rd and 4th quarters * Bill all anchors and jr.
anchors for property insurance in 3rd and 4th quarters * Monthly CAM Billing of Anchors * Set-Up all Renewals and New Leases in Yardi * Annual Reconciliations for all tenants in 1st and 2nd quarters If you are ready to become a PM and have proven success as a Property Assistant or Tenant Services Coordinator, send us your resume!
