*What You’ll Do as a Property Manager*
* Manages the day-to-day operations of the business and provides a collaborative team environment.
* Manages cash and balancing receipts, pursues collections, posts payments, and processes daily bank deposits accurately and timely.
* Sells/upsells high quality retail merchandise such as boxes, locks, tape, and other moving supplies.
* Ability to maximize sales objectives with each prospective customer via the phone, web, or in person on location.
* Recommends and implements marketing strategies based on competitor information and your own great ideas.
* Identifies customers’ needs and provides solutions that will contribute to their storage experience.
* Responsible for general maintenance of property grounds.
