*Senior Property Manager Job Responsibilities:*
* Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, enforcing leases, and maintaining premises.
* Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, explaining advantages of location and services, and arranging showing of units.
* Accomplishes financial objectives by collecting rents, paying bills, and initiating corrective action.
* Maintains property by investigating and resolving tenant complaints and enforcing rules of occupancy.
* Maintenance of tenant accounts and answering tenant inquiries via phone, email and text.
* Enforces occupancy policies and procedures by confronting violators.
* Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
*Work Hours & Benefits:*
Position is Monday through Friday with some flexibility.
Health insurance is available once the probationary period is complete.
Travel is required 30% of the time for on-site visits.
The salary range is $50,000 to $70,000 based on experience.
*Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:*
* MUST be bilingual in Spanish and English
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* 1-3 years property management experience
* Solid knowledge of office software such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
* Rent Manager Software experience a plus
