Teisco/Kawai Electric Guitar late 60s/early 70s - $130 (University City)

Teisco/Kawai 6-string electric guitar made sometime in the late 60s or early 70s by the looks of it.
Previous owner put a "Teisco del Ray" label on the back of the headstock, but it's hard to know what the original brand was.
If it was Teisco, it would have been after Kawai bought Teisco.
Likely made in Japan, but could be from Korea, depending on age.
In good, fully functional shape.
Has minor cosmetic flaws here and there like any guitar of this age.
Pickup is a replacement, but from the same era as the guitar.
Has a great raunchy sound.
Action is a bit high, but would work great as a slide guitar.
With a little work, it could really be set up nicely.
Will meet up at a convenient location in the university area.
