In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to our attorneys in handling federal court appellate matters and long term disability filings.
Your responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, filing documents in federal court, and managing case files.
You will work closely with our attorneys to ensure that all deadlines are met and that cases are effectively represented in the appellate courts.
To succeed in this role, you should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical and research skills.
You must also have excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with clients, court personnel, and other legal professionals.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, motions, and appeals
Filing legal documents
Organize and maintain case files and legal documentation
Assist with preparation of pre-filing document preparation
Correspond with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed
Requirements
Previous experience as a paralegal in a law firm
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with PACER helpful
