INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY PATENT AGENT - Electrical Engineering /Computer Engineering / Computer Science (EE/CE/CS)

Moore & Van Allen, PLLC is actively seeking a Patent Agent with a background in EE/CE/CS for its Charlotte, NC office.
The ideal candidate should possess, a degree in EE/CE/ CS, or a minimum of two years of experience in patent prosecution in the EE/CE/CS.
We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise in areas such as network architecture, artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and cybersecurity.
Candidates must demonstrate excellent academic credentials, robust interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
While registration with the Patent Bar is preferred, eligibility to sit for the Patent Bar examination is mandatory.
