Wells Fargo isseeking Lead Business Execution Consultant within Customer Contract Generation & Enablement (CCGE) within the Shared Services Operations (SSO's).
Information Management Utility leverages subject-matter expertise and integrates "best of breed" artificial intelligence (AI) tools to accelerate the creation, review, processing and management of legal documentation.
As a Lead Business Execution Consultant, you will build and maintain relationships with LOB stakeholders across the enterprise.
The role requires excellent communication and presentation skills.
We are looking for a candidate who can leverage their AI and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) experience to implement new digital contract generation application configurations and provide terms extractions models and insights on existing contract documents and implement CLM solutions.
In this role, you will: Responsible for training and deploying CCGE's technology application's terms extraction and workflow models across a wide range of contract types and uses cases.
Responsible for participating in all material aspects of design and deployments, including model creation and configuration, testing, validation, and implementation processes.
Selected applicant will become a "power user" of the DocuSign Insight interface and analyze model output to confirm performance against established criteria.
Develop proficiency of the technology application and the model creation process, additional training and guidance is provided in order to create and deploy models to create and/or extract contract documents and/or information using a combination of methodologies, including but not limited to User Defined Machine Leaning (UDML), Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Regular Expression (RegEx).
Developing, deploying and managing client workflows based on our CCGE application's underlying extraction capabilities.
Partners with the Lead Consultant or Solution Architect and Project Manager to build clear requirements and support the development of a CCGE strategy for each engagement.
Participates in and/or leads portions of kickoff sessions, discovery workshops, and attends meetings with audiences of varying size and complexity in order to capture business process information, project details, and technical requirements, capture gaps and pain points of internal business partners.
Configures and implements solutions using our contract technology application.
Ability to develop a deep understanding of the contract generation and extraction software functionality is key, and the selected application should be fluent in contract application management application system features and capabilities.
Performs business process modeling, workflow diagrams, template deconstruction and merge field mapping.
Creates test cases and conduct unit and smoke testing of end-to-end solutions.
Manages issues during UAT periods and remediate issues as needed.
Adheres to all control standards for change management, required use case documentation, deployment rigor, testing and post-implementation defect remediation.
Develops training materials and assists with line of business user adoption.
Required Qualifications, US: 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 3+ years of process definition and documentation experience 3+ years of experience with technical requirements, design, testing, and implementation of tools and technologies 3+ years of experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting 3+ years of digital marketing experience 2+ years of Report Development Lifecycle (RDLC) experience 2+ years of experience working with business and technical requirement documents 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: digital strategy management, product management, or program management 2+ years of experience drafting use cases and test scripts 2+ years of document imaging experience 2+ years of experience with SharePoint Designer workflows 1+ year of financial industry experience Desired Qualifications, US: Prior Contract Lifecycle Management platform experience preferably in an administrator role (with configuration and integration and implementation experience).
CLM Implementation Consultant Accredited preferred.
(DocuSign Certified) Accurate and detail oriented with ability to design, develop, deploy and troubleshoot complex workflows and process models Fundamental understanding of banking, financial services contracts, legal principles and ability to identify topics of interest Ability to function as member of an Agile service delivery team Able to multitask and manage multiple projects Experience defining use cases and project charters Ability to perform a cost benefit analysis and qualify improvement opportunities Experience running workshops and client meetings to gather client requirements Experience with UAT and Post Production Validation tools and process Experience with Six Sigma, Lean or other process improvement methodology Experience defining, documenting and implementing requirements, policies, procedures and processes Demonstrated experience developing reports using MS BI, Tableau or contract lifecycle management native tools Self-starter, who is independent, a creative thinker, and yet common sense oriented, with the ability to exercise good judgment and operate in an unstructured environment Organizational and time management skills; and strong attention to detail are required Strong presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills and a teamwork approach to assignments.
