Vendor Contracts Specialist

Manage the processing, status and filing of contracts Coordinate with various departments to ensure all contract deliverables and terms and conditions are fulfilled Provide weekly contract reporting as needed Draft and review a wide variety of vendor agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, data processing agreements, master agreements, amendments, orders, and statement of works in accordance with company policies and legal requirements Interpret, revise and negotiate various contracts as needed Assist with various ad hoc projects and tasks as requested Provide guidance and support internally to ensure compliance with company processes, policies and procedures What you will need: A Bachelor’s degree (B.

) Minimum five years of experience in contract management or similar area Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Excellent drafting and negotiation skills Analytical with proven ability to identify, prioritize and resolve issues quickly and independently Ability to identify risks and escalate for mitigation accordingly A team player who can work collaboratively and create strong relationships with a wide variety of people at all levels across the company and in a variety of departments; Process oriented and ability to think systematically Calm under pressure with empathy, humility, and a sense of humor Required computer skills: Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Good to have: Experience using Cobblestone Contract Insight Experience working with international vendors, including UK and EU Paralegal Degree/Certificate What you will gain at Intapp: Our culture at Intapp emphasizes accountability, responsibility, and growth.
