Position Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM with an hour for lunch

*Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys.
* Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and attorneys to manage and adhere to deadlines.
* Advocate for clients, aiding in informed decision-making.
* Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties.
* Manage case assignments, monitor progress, and maintain organized case files.
* Handle discovery and exhibits.
* Assist attorneys in preparing and drafting documents for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial.
* Digest and flag issues and inconsistencies found throughout vital case points.
* Assist clients in obtaining medical care and support services.
* Adhere to professional standards as outlined by protocols, rules, and regulations.
*Skills*
* *REQUIRED*: 2 Years Experience as a Litigation Paralegal (Litigation experience in either family law or personal injury preferred)
* *REQUIRED*: Paralegal certificate
* Bachelors degree (preferred)
* Familiarity with professional and technical emerging knowledge
* Exceptional interpersonal skills
* Compassion for clients and a strong desire to assist
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
* Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
* Capable of working independently and as part of a team
