This is a fantastic opportunity to be a part of the Sourcing & Procurement Services Team supporting and managing a large outsourcing engagement that touches multiple Corebridge business units.
As a Contract Management/Governance Lead you will provide significant integration into Corebridge sourcing policies and procedures while being the point person for a single large Agreement.
We want to hear from you today if you can: Support supplier governance by monitoring supplier's adherence to the policy and contract requirements, take actions to correct or escalate any issues.
Manage all Change Management related to Change Orders and Project Work specific to key supplier and MSA and SOWs.
Review and Analyze Supplier specific MSAs, Contracts, SOWs, and documentation including working with Legal to better understand terms and how to operationally view the contracts to provide oversight.
Accountable for monitoring supplier specific key KPI metrics on their engagement.
Collaborate with key supplier and key stakeholders to constantly monitor and improve metrics and SLA's that will optimize the governance of these key suppliers.
Maintain relationships with key stakeholders to identify & execute cross-functional goals.
Direct project initiatives from conceptualization through development, implementation, and management.
Execute initiatives that will optimize Supplier performance such as CSAT Survey's and Productivity initiatives.
Ability to leverage data and input from internal and external stakeholders to create executive level presentations.
Maintain collaborative relationships with supplier while effectively resolving supplier performance/capability issues to ensure alignment with Corebridge strategic direction.
Review, asses, and contribute to client SOWs/SLAs to ensure compatibility with partner SOWs/SLAs and ensure contractual SLAs are adhered to and identified for potential risk.
Identify operational & business risk mitigation strategies applicable for the services of our supplier.
Research and analyze supplier/partner operational requests in order to help document and resolve issues.
Develop, analyze, and recommend solutions from suppliers/partners that satisfy the business needs while continually exploring and assessing options for value add.
Partner with key stakeholders to handle any documentation needs around processes, escalations, and training.
What we are looking for Experience with senior stakeholder management with the ability to collaboratively co-develop strategies and manage expectations.
Heavy experience with negotiating contracts related to professional services – both IT and Non-IT related.
Experience managing complex service agreements both from the commercial and service delivery side.
Strong influencing and networking skills as the organization relies on working in cross functional teams.
Strong communication skills required; must have the ability communicate in English effectively, transparently, and timely across multiple mediums (email, voice, IM, etc).
Ability to independently manage and prioritize workload.
Strong organizational skills.
Demonstrate a positive attitude and have an appetite for change.
Provide high level of Exceptional Client Service.
Business degree or equivalent.
Procurement certification(s) is welcomed but not required.
Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills in business English Above average knowledge of PowerPoint, and Excel.
