About the job We are nationally recognized for our work in various mass tort cases, and We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney for this Pivotal Role.
This is a temporary position expected to last four months but could transition into a permanent position depending on the status of the litigation.
Primary Responsibilities: • Full time and In-person • You will have a large docket of clients.
• Assist clients in developing comprehensive estate plans to ensure the orderly transfer of assets to beneficiaries and minimize estate taxes and probate costs.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding estate planning, wills, trusts, and other aspects of probate law.
• Adhere to the highest standards of ethics and professionalism in all dealings with clients, courts, and other parties involved in estate planning and probate matters.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school • Admission to the State bar association • Proven experience in estate planning and with filing probate documents a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Salary: $110,000.
00 - $150,000.
