*This role touches all departments in our company and must have the drive to efficiently self-manage their time.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

*Qualifications*
It is expected this professional is available for in-office work during normal business hours.
This role requires a “can-do” attitude that has experience with the standard Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
) and exposure to Microsoft Access.
This role is exposed to sensitive data and discretion is critical.
It is important that this role has a mastery of the English language for speaking, writing, and reading.
It is not required but very beneficial for this candidate to be bi-lingual for the interaction with customers, homeowners, and vendors.
*Responsibilities*
General team cooperation: Provide administrative support to all Profile Homes staff as needed.
Generate all daily, weekly, and monthly database reports.
Maintain office supplies.
Other miscellaneous duties as required by the Division Manager
*Sales team cooperation:*
Assist in home closing activities, including scheduling, document preparation and review, interaction with lenders and attorneys, post-closing filing and distribution.
Maintain company database with purchaser information.
*Production team cooperation:*
Responsible for permitting processes including interaction with government staff, applications, and gathering documents for submittal.
Assist in customer service/warranty activities, including interaction with homeowners, warranty staff, and warranty company.
Work with building team in maintaining and reporting schedules.
Maintain company database with permit, schedule, and warranty information.
*Purchasing team cooperation:*
Assist in purchasing activities including vendor set-up and insurance compliance, invoice processing, and vendor contact updates.
*Land team cooperation:*
Assist as needed in land permit and submittal processes.
