*The Certification Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative processes and procedures of the company.
This role entails managing certification and re-certification processes, evaluating and reviewing business documents, and maintaining comprehensive records.

*The Certification Manager also serves as a valuable resource on certification-related matters.
We are seeking individuals with experience in reviewing and auditing financial documents and legal documents, especially those with a paralegal or accounting background.

This position is *temporary, with the potential for permanent status after a specified duration.
* The interview process involves *three stages*, and the target start date is *January 8, 2024.

*Overview:*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Certification Manager to join our team.
As a Certification Manager, you will play a crucial role in the administration and management of certification programs, ensuring compliance with industry guidelines and organizational policies.
*Responsibilities:*
*Certification Processing Management*
* Conduct certification and re-certification processes according to industry guidelines.
* Evaluate and review applicant documents for eligibility.
* Maintain organized physical and electronic records of certified businesses.
* Serve as a subject matter expert on certification-related issues.
*Constituent Support*
* Communicate with constituents and interested parties regarding certification processes.
* Respond to inquiries and provide information on policies and procedures.
* Represent the organization in meetings, workshops, and events.
*Education and Experience*
* Bachelor’s degree required.
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business management.
* Non-profit and/or Corporate Relations experience preferred.
*Requirements:*
* Work hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office.
* Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
* Provide a professional level of customer service.
* Ability to work independently and offer creative solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Advanced degree in Business or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of business operating agreements and legal documents.
* Experience with case management, project management, and/or research.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and Zoom.
*Additional Information:*
* Ability to travel occasionally for organizational events.
* Occasional extended/flexible hours may be required.
