Lively Law Firm is building a sales team and hiring its first intake coordinator who will report directly to the Head of Sales.
We are looking for a highly motivated and articulate inside Spanish speaking individual that immediately bonds over the phone and in person.
As an ambassador of our company, you will be part of a critical inbound sales team responsible for growing the company's customer base.
Must have a stable work history, outstanding communication skills, ability to perform as part of a team and be dependable.
Must have a demonstrated commitment to helping the immigrant community.
Responsibilities:
* Qualifying inbound marketing generated leads.
* Conducting intake for each lead.
* Walk inbound client call through solution sales process through the sales funnel toward closing.
* Schedule customer appointments.
* Manage potential customers by tracking and follow-up in firm CRM system.
* Capture sales data in metrics in CRM.
Qualifications:
* Experience selling services preferred.
* Experience selling professional services a plus.
* Ability to build rapport with clients via telephone or zoom.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to prioritize and multitask.
* Fluent in Spanish
* Ability to work independently
Salary:
Salary starts at $18 an hour and is commensurate with qualifications and includes excellent benefits, including reimbursement of major health insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, retirement plan, vacation, and personal time.
This position may be performed at our Charlotte office location.
