*What you will do:*
* Accurately discern and abstract lease documents, ensuring administrative and financial deal terms are accurately represented in JD Edwards.
* Review lease agreement to determine proper accounting under ASC 842.
* Experience in reviewing and interpreting commercial lease language, including provisions such as Common Area Maintenance, Gross Sales, Percentage Rent, and Exclusive clauses.
* Update and maintain quality control of landlord information, lease payments, and all other lease data in JD Edwards lease module.
* Determine lease obligations with respect to gross sales and necessary reporting of gross sales to landlords.
* Distribute monthly/quarterly/annually sales reports.
* Generate monthly and annual sales for approximately 1,000 stores.
* Review credit memos from landlords and process accordingly.
* Reconcile tenant year-end billings – CAM, Tax, Insurance.
* Maintain and update sales reporting system for multiple software.
* Generate vouchers for manual payments or other miscellaneous expenses.
* Excellent customer-service skills.
* Work on special projects as needed.
