*Job Responsibilities:* · Reviewing workers’ compensation claims and providing legal analysis · Conducting thorough legal research and drafting various legal documents · Representing clients at depositions and hearings · Assisting with trial preparation and attendance · Evaluating and retaining expert witnesses · Meeting an annual billable requirement of 1950 hours *Qualifications:* · 4+ years of experience as an attorney · J.
D.
