Overview:
The Legal Department Contract Administrator (Contracts Administrator) will be responsible for coordinating requests for contracts on behalf of designated hospital facilities and other Novant Health legal entities.
This role will include drafting of proposed agreements, gathering supporting documentation for contract terms, contract administration and analysis.
This position will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure accurate capture of contract terms, ensure compliance with company policies, assist in timely renewals/renegotiations.
This position focuses upon hospitals and operations in South Carolina and will provide support to other functions/entities as needed.
This position will oversee the organization, maintenance, and utilization of a contracts database for the relevant contracts, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
The Contracts Administrator will have experience in database management, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of healthcare contracts and legal principles.

Qualifications:
Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required.
Graduate Degree, preferred.
Experience: Minimum of five years experience in compliance, executive support or contracting, required.
Three or more years in database management, preferrable in legal or healthcare environment, preferred.
Additional Skills (required):
Strong understanding of contract management principles, including contract lifecycles, key terms, and legal requirements.
Proficiency in database management software (e.
g.
, Microsoft Access, SQL, Oracle) and contract management systems.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex contract data and generate meaningful insights.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance requirements preferred.
Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive contract information.
