Here's what you'll be doing: * *Front-Line Interaction:* Be the welcoming voice and face of Simpson Law Firm, managing all incoming communications through phone calls, emails, and voicemails with a smile.
* *Appointment Scheduling:* Keep our calendars humming by scheduling appointments and maintaining an organized schedule for our attorneys.
* *Client Greeting and Care:* Ensure every client feels at home, understanding their needs and preparing them for consultations.
* *Data Management:* Take charge of entering client data, maintaining file compliance, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of all client information.
* *Client Relationship Building:* Cultivate and nurture friendly relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and well-served.
* *Customer Service Excellence:* Provide unparalleled customer service, resolving client inquiries and enhancing their experience with Simpson Law Firm.
* *Office Support:* Assist with general office errands and tasks as needed to support the team.

* *Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Google Workspace*; familiarity with Dropbox, Lawmatics, Clio, or similar legal case management software is a plus.

* *Excellent organizational skills*, with an eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
