Job Description Busy small law firm seeks experienced Plaintiff's Workers' Comp/Personal Injury Case Manager/Paralegal (do not require Paralegal degree).

\* Must be able to transcribe dictation into Word/Word Perfect and type 50-60 WPM \* Knowledge of Time Matters or case management software is preferred but not required \* Excellent customer service skills \* Experience with detailed scheduling and calendaring, which includes scheduling depositions, etc.
\* Work as a team with individual responsibility for a case load of 75-100 cases \* Must have experience preparing demand packages, drafting motions and pleadings, and preparing cases for trial \* Excellent organizational and computer skills \* Strong verbal and written communication skills \* Bilingual would be helpful but not required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $42,000.
00 - $48,000.
