*Job Description:*
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Family Law Attorney to join our growing team.
As a Senior Family Law Attorney at David W.
Martin Law Group, you will play a key role in representing clients in various family law matters, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring the highest standard of client service.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, possess excellent advocacy skills, and be capable of handling complex and sensitive cases.
*Responsibilities:*
* Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence cases.
* Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
* Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
* Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other team members to ensure the efficient handling of cases.
* Stay abreast of legal developments and contribute to the continuous improvement of firm processes and practices.
*Qualifications:*
* Juris Doctor (J.
D.
) degree from an accredited law school.
* Active license to practice law in SC.
* Minimum of 3+ years of experience practicing family law.
* Proven track record of successful case management and resolution.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $60,000.
00 - $110,000.
