*Position Description: *
We are a Durham and Charlotte law firm practicing civil litigation on behalf of individuals and their family members who have been injured, or otherwise treated unlawfully.
The firm has an AV rating with Martindale Hubbell and its members are regularly listed in the Best Lawyers in America and included in the list of _Super Lawyers,_ a division of Thomson Reuters.
*This position is in the Charlotte office*, where we primarily represent individuals and families of people injured or killed in bicycles crashes.
The work will include legal research, interaction with the firm's clients, claim negotiations, court appearances, drafting pleadings and legal memoranda, and all other aspects of litigation.
Attorneys who are licensed, experienced, and have demonstrated previous interest in our practice areas are preferred, but we are more interested in finding someone who is the right fit.
We seek a lawyer who is able work hard and to perform work in a fast-paced and yet conscientious environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.
