*Job Requirements:*
* Certification as a substance abuse professional with the North Carolina Substance Abuse Professional Certification Board, including ADETS certification.
* Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and four years of professional experience required.
Prefer a Master’s Degree with full LCAS.
* One year of supervisory experience required.
* Knowledge of the process of addiction and recovery, pertinent laws related to DWI, and general knowledge of factors and strategies related to the prevention of addiction.
* Normal working hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.
m.
–4:30 p.
m.
, with evenings and weekends as needed.
* Valid NC or SC driver's license required.
*Essential Duties of the Job:*
The Court Services Coordinator will perform various administrative, coordination, supervision, and client relations tasks to ensure effective service delivery and compliance with regulations.
*Administrative Coordination:*
* Maintain acceptable levels of service utilization and delivery.
* Manage mechanisms for client fee collection.
* Establish and implement quality assurance procedures.
* Identify staff development needs and coordinate training.
* Ensure compliance with contracts.
* Supervise data entry into EHR for Court Services fee collections.
* Maintain Anuvia telephone systems and coordinate reporting capabilities.
* Engage in marketing and promoting the program to external organizations.
*Court Services Coordination:*
* Coordinate court services provision, scheduling, space logistics, and staff assignments.
* Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies and DWI service providers.
* Facilitate collaboration among providers within relevant associations.
* Address DWI clients' concerns related to DWI laws in collaboration with Clinical Services.
*Staff Supervision:*
* Manage contract staff schedules and invoices.
* Provide support to agency staff covering DWI service provision.
*Special Events Coordination:*
* Provide structure and supervision to event coordination.
* Supervise planning and implementation of events.
* Establish timelines and committees for successful event delivery.
* Oversee utilization of volunteers for all Anuvia special events.
*Data Management, Documentation, & Information:*
* Collect data and provide reports to the Chief Clinical Officer on court services.
* Provide up-to-date information on DWI laws to the community and Anuvia staff.
* Coordinate and track staff training to ensure compliance.
* Maintain the State database and reporting system for DWI tracking.
*Client Relations:*
* Ensure court services clients are appropriate for programs and services provided.
* Provide direct service and education as needed.
* Assist visitors and clients courteously and confidentially.
