construction helpers (charlotte)

I need several helpers, some with no experience, 2 with some.
Must have your own vehicle and license, or don't bother.
I am a small General Contractor, looking for help 40 hours a week.
Pay rates from 12 and up, depending on experience.
(15 is normal for help, 19 for help with tools and know how).
We do carpentry, tile, paint, drywall, and more.
Looking for 4 guys all together.
Normal is M-F 8-5
