Looking for Labor jobs paid daily (Charlotte)

My fiance' had her leg amputated a little bit ago & is back in the hospital with a severe bone infection & hasn't been able to work.
We have a 7yr old girl & because of the financial strain & myself having to quit my job to take care of my daughter & my fiance & the economy we lost everything.
And we are about to loose our only car if I don't make a payment soon.
On that note I'm not looking for a handout but what I do need is some labor gigs or help with anything labor wise which I could possibly get paid daily for.
I have some experience in roofing,plumbing,hvac although I'm a fast learner and catch on real quick if it's something I'm not familiar with.
I'm not on drugs & I don't drink alcohol and I do have a valid license and transportation.
I work hard I'm professional, clean cut, educated well spoken, reliable & trustworthy.
If you believe I could possibly be of value to you please let me know and instead of handout I need a hand up by working.
