Light chores in exchange for lodging (Charlotte)

57-year-old retired widow and former CNA seeks a room in a comfortable home.
Available throughout the week to perform light housekeeping, periodically cooking, running errands, picking up goods and delivering person to appointments.
Not looking for a caregiver position for a full invalid, more of a companion to someone with some limitations that would benefit in service and comfort with a live-in assistant in the Charlotte area.
Terms of exchange of lodging and services are negotiable.
