Temporomandibular Joint Pain & Migraine Treatment - Volunteer Needed (Charlotte)

Looking for volunteers in Charlotte, North Carolina who are interested pain treatment for migraines or pain of their temporomandibular joint.
Hello, my name is Mark and I'm a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner based in New York City and I will be attending a seminar in Charlotte this March with the American Academy of Facial Esthetics.
I need a volunteer model so that I may demonstrate my skill and competency to obtain my certification.
Treatment during this session will be at no cost to participants.

Volunteers would need to be available the following date and time: Saturday - March 2nd Botox for TMJ pain or tension headaches will be given at around 9 AM This event will be held at a hotel on South College Street in Charlotte, NC, 28202.
Official location will be given upon acceptance.
Please be expected to stay for at least 3 to 4 hours.
You may lounge in the hotel lobby area while waiting.
Inclusion criteria: Gender inclusive 18-years of age or older Overactive masseter muscles / tension headaches / migraine headaches Must be willing to be photographed by me and the agency Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or breastfeeding An autoimmune condition Phobia of needles Botox treatment in the past 6 months Allergy to one or more components of Botox Interested parties should send me a message through the email relay with an unfiltered headshot and areas of concern along with your contact information.
