*Job Summary:*
i9 Sports, the nations largest youth sports franchise is seeking sports Instructors and Referees for its flag football programs.
*Overall Job Description:*
Under the direction of the Site Manager, the Flag Football Instructor / Official is responsible for enhancing the i9 Sports experience for players and coaches.
The Flag Football Instructor / Official will need to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches while making sure that the instructional aspects of the i9 Sports Experience are delivered.
Observing, assessing, and assisting our volunteer coaches is paramount.
The position entails hands on involvement with practices and games among all age groups and skills levels.
*Requirements:*
- During interview, must be able to demonstrate specific expertise in Flag Football instruction
- Must be fun, energetic, and enthusiastic with superior customer service skills
- Must be vocal, outgoing, and possess excellent communication skills
- Must enjoy working with kids (ages 4-13) and being involved with sports
- Must be able to work *SATURDAY mornings and early afternoons *during entire 6-week season and occasional weekday evenings.
Up to 5 Seasons / Year.
- Must be 16 years of age or older and have a clean background check (minors ages 16 -18 must have parental consent)
- Must be able to take charge of any situation that involves the safety of players
- Must be confident and capable of working with parents and upholding the i9 Sports philosophy
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to motivate others
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
