About the role
As a Strength & Conditioning Specialist, you’ll work hands on with hundreds of unique baseball players from High Schoolers to Perennial MLB Allstars as they visit & train on-site in our state-of-the-art, 33,000 square foot Headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Your job will not just be to coach proper training technique on floor, gather critical performance data when athletes come in-house, and contribute to improving our training philosophy, but to continue to help us bridge the gap between the weight room and on-field performance.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized strength and conditioning programs
Monitor and adjust programs based on players’ needs and feedback
Ensure high safety standards and technique during in-house training
Spearhead Performance Data collection at Tread (Force Plates, strength/power assessments, etc.
)
Coordinate with Performance Coaches to ensure holistic athlete development
Collaborate with our Content Team for producing educational material and training content
Participate in Company-related Events (Team Meetings, ContinuingEd, etc)
Undertake any other related duties as required

What We’re Looking For
Experience in strength and conditioning, particularly with baseball athletes
Deep understanding of the physiological demands of baseball and how strength training complements it
Proficiency in corrective exercise & performance nutrition concepts
Prior experience playing baseball, preferably at a collegiate or higher level
Strength Certification (CSCS strongly preferred)
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience or interest in producing content for training techniques, insights, etc.
