```Job Summary``` We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Curriculum Facilitator to join our team.
As a Facilitator, you will play a key role in developing and delivering instructional material and coordinating educational content for Good Shepherd Christian School.
You will be responsible for providing guidance to educators and instructors.

```Duties``` - Create, assess and revise curriculum materials used in classrooms - Ensure compliance with state guidelines (testing, graduation, academic records) - Establish teaching standards and evaluate teachers - Collaborate with Good Shepherd Church staff to ensure the school's Biblical curriculum aligns with church's current implementation of resources and teaching - Facilitate classroom-based training sessions - Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development ```Requirements``` - Master's degree and appropriate experience - Proven experience in content development and instructional design - Strong desire to enhance and improve the education system - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience in curriculum development and training program evaluation Join our team as a Facilitator and make a significant impact on the growth and development of our staff and students.
